Please email your orders if a PayPal button is not available.
This is a cottage industry internet business which is located in
Live Oak, Florida, USA.
For references, you can check my feedback ratings on Ebay.com
under the name of ruthm2673, on Amazon, eCrater, Etsy and other ecommerce.
Florida, USA, residents will be charged 7% sales tax on the sum of item plus
shipping. A refund will be made if your county's sales tax rate is lower than
7%.
International orders are welcome. Please ask if I ship
to your country. Customs duty, import taxes, etc. are buyer's responsibility.
Please do not order unless you are prepared to pay now.
I will cancel any credit card order which has not been paid within 48 hours of
my sending you a PayPal invoice. Checks and money orders must be received within
7 days or orders will be cancelled.
You may contact me via email or telephone for a shipping
quote. The most convenient method is for you to send me an email with your
requirements and then call if you have further questions. (Sometimes I cannot
hear well).
For your convenience, here are some suggested shipping
options. Of course there will be exceptions as some items cannot be mailed.

CERAMIC MOLDS SHIPPING: Actual carrier charges will
apply, but this cost will not apply to local purchases which are not shipped. I
ship the most economical way and pack multiple purchases together to save on
shipping, whenever possible. Sorry, but no shipping to post office boxes.

Please realize that shipping costs for ceramic molds may exceed the item's
purchase price! Except for really small items, they are heavy! To obtain
a shipping cost estimate, get the total weight of the items that you are
interested in, add three pounds (rough estimate of the box, bubble wrap,
peanuts) and then go to
http://postcalc.usps.gov. Check the package box, enter your total
pounds, enter my 32060 zip code and your zip code. Hit the continue button, and
the post office will give you a quote. THIS IS AN ESTIMATE!!! of an average
package, but it should be fairly close unless a really large box is needed for a
really heavy piece. In that case, check the large package option.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed and you may return any item (unless
specifically noted) within 10 days
for a refund. Commercial supplies must be unopened and in resalable condition. Handmade items must be
undamaged. Contact me
